One of the worst service I got. I had booked the schedule for 2pm. When I called the so-called owner, he told they would reach my place within 10mins. I waited for an hour and called them back, the owner gave me fake reason want other drivers give all the time " The vehicle got into accident". I asked him to arrange another vehicle for which he promised the vehicle would arrive within 5pm!!! As usual I waited till 6, and called the owner. The owner shouted at me as if he is paying me. They should know, we would be waiting for them to come and shift to new house by planning our commitment as well. I booked for Sunday afternoon, so that I can take rest at night and get back to work on the next working day. I frustrated call the owner again at 7 and they sent people at 8 pm after multiple follow-ups. After this mental torture, they have sent unprofessional people who does not know anything and were throwing items in the boxes. Ah, and about the boxes!!!! They have bought the 10times reused damaged boxes and no Bubble wraps. I had to move out at that day itself so had no option to let them enter and complete the task. I had painful and disgusting experience. They dropped at my new house all the items and hv damaged the goods. They didn't put washing machine on the stand for which they got paid. Horrible experience!!!!! I will make sure not to recommend this unprofessional company to any one and I ll make sure to pass this experience to everyone, how I get mental torture. If the company had other consignment, they could have let me know an hour ago or at the time I called after waiting for an hour, I could hv gotten another company. Instead of this simple thing, he lied to me saying they would come in 10 mins, 30 mins, "maam, they are in building parking". This lie made me go mad and frustrated. Please, dont go to this company for your task, even if they offer for free!!! Workers looked hungry and restless, can't blame them. Owner has to take care of his workers properly by managing the schedules. I guess he has made them work Tirelessly. All were around 18-25 boys. Nobody can lift things on empty stomach.
