Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated Telecaller Executives to join our Kolkata office. As a Telecaller Executive at AssureShift, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them with their relocation needs and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and explain our services
• Handle inbound calls and respond to customer inquiries professionally
• Gather customer requirements and provide appropriate quotes
• Follow up with leads and convert them into confirmed bookings
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in CRM system
• Coordinate with the operations team to ensure smooth service delivery
• Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
• Provide post-service follow-up and gather customer feedback

Requirements & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline (12th pass candidates with relevant experience may apply)
• 0-2 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, or customer service
• Excellent communication skills in Hindi and English (Bengali is a plus)
• Good convincing and negotiation abilities
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Pleasant personality with customer-focused attitude
• Ability to handle pressure and multitask effectively
