DONT USE THEM! I have only ever moved internationally but this time had to move from Bangalore to Mumbai and used their services thinking they would be professional given their international experience despite having many other lower offers with great reviews. Alas the less number of reviews should have told me something. The experience before the move was good with Sagar, the owner sweet talking you into how everything is great, visiting the place but as soon as the move started it went all downhill. Below are the places where everything that was assured eventually was false and they completely screwed me over. 1) EXPECTED: First during the survey Sagar quoted me Rs 30,000 and I also got full insurance on top of it for Rs3k. He saw everything that had to be moved and noted down. REALITY: The day of the move after they started packing he said ohh I didnt see your bed (wtf!) when I had explicitly shown him the entire room including the bed. At the end he used so many of my cartons and still ended charging me 33% more with me paying 10K extra. I didnt complain beacause i was told they didnt anticipate so many boxes and it took an entire truck. 2) EXPECTED: I was told the movers would be there at 11am and finish easily in 4 to 5 hours. So I booked a flight that night at 9am to fly out of bangalore. REALITY: They came at 1pm and couldnt finish until Midnight!!! I had to leave the keys with them and had to hustle so much. Couldnt even see them packing rest of my furniture which came to bite me later :( 3) EXPECTED: Packaging should be professional with movers knowing what they were doing REALITY: This was so shoddy. I literally saw packers who seem to have had no prior experience just shoving things including electronics straight into cartons. I called it out multiple times but again this came to bite m later :( 4) EXPECTED: Stuff reaching me in 3 days in mumbai REALITY: It took them a week..yes 7 days...to get my stuff after multiple calls to check!! 5) EXPECTED: Everything was in one piece and nothing missed out. REALITY: This was absolutely atrocious. I had multiple cartons open or torn with things hanging out. Eventually we figured out lot of clothes has dropped or been lost. I also lost a big cushion piece (which expliclty was told to be packed separately) of a 50K rooftop couch which has still not been found. They lost one of my boxes and after me checking...I had to raise a complaint. THey found it two days later..eventhough I was told it was an entire truckload. No clue why they taken my stuff out! I am still setback on the couch piece and after asking for insurance Mr Sagar got upto his tricks to deny me claims (not picking my calss or responding to messages). I was never shown insurance documents and he bascially now is like how can you claim insurance for one item packed inside. This whole business is trying hard to delivery quality but cutting corners, unprofessional movers, no concept of time, eventually will make you lose your hair money and stuff. I would rather pay more and go to someone professional. PLEASE STAY AWAY!
