Hello, This Is Amrita Upadhyay I Have Recently Used sangwan packers and movers For My Relocation From Gurgaon to Bangalore, One of my friend helped me to get their number from urbanclap, he also gave me 2-3 other packers and movers numbers, we called up 3 different companies to get the moving estimate, after check the profile of all companies, Arya packers and movers looked more reliable, more experienced in terms of handling the shifting to Bangalore , the person from Gurgaon who came to my place for survey had quoted me 85000 and 65000 rs one for dedicated truck another on sharing basis, we opted for the sharing transfer They charged me total of 65000 for my household and my car no hidden charges what so ever . packing was pretty good . I dint see any misbehaviour from the guy who came for packing, they loaded the truck and left and the for the car another guy came who drove it my car to arya’s Gurgaon office saying they will have to load it over there . I paid 35000 rs in gurgaon, my goods reached in 8 days . where in I was promised for 5-6 which was a couple of days late . The people who came for unloading were very efficient they unpacked and rearranged all my goods in about 4hrs . which was impressive .some of my furniture was damaged during transit . so I asked them would deduct the amount of damage . but they asked me to pay full amount after a lot of discussion I made them a payment of 25000 rs keeping 5000 rs balance . but it was really very surprising for me to see the next day Mr Nk Sharma, one of the supervisor from arya came to my house along with a carpenter to get my double cot and almira repaird .so paid them the balance as well. all in all the service quality was good, cant complain about it as they did what they should have done .Thanks Sangwan Team www.sangwanpackers.in

My name Vigyan Sarode, I have shifted my household goods from Gurgaon to Hyderabad recently with Sangwan packers and movers, there are few good points and few they must improve on Quote was higher compared to few local vendors I got quote from, I am not sure if they can work on their prices or not, and till the last minute Sangwan guys were not ready to negotiate with pricing . Though I went with their service as they seemed more reliable compared to others . Good part was their crew which came in for packing In Gurgaon were on time, they were well behaved and packed goods very carefully, were not in rush, marking was done accurate, packing list was made perfect . They brought enough packing material, I have moved a few times, with other packers and movers I've seen that they usually bring less material and try to wrap it with what they have . but that was not the case with arya There were no hidden charges to my surprise Insurance policy was mailed to me after a few reminder calls, where they could have given it to me on the same day, or atleast I dint have to update them for 2 days . Usually I dint get to talk to Mr Choudhary when I wanted to seemed like he was busy most of the time . but Anil and Sonu were available for updates 7. There is no instant or online tracking system for goods . 8. Good thing is they gave me storage facility for 10 days for no extra charge. the unpacking was done as they did promise, only the bigger items, but the guys who came in Hyderabad were more in a hurry to complete their job and leave . and atleast for me I dint feel much comfortable dealing with them, And the conclusion, Apart from few improvement they must do, they have delivered my goods safely, a few minor scratches here n there but acceptable . Sangwan Packers is one of the best packer and mover. Very well behaved staff, and on time delivery. Last month We were moving from one city to another. So to transfer goods one of my friend recommend this Sangwan packers and movers. So after contacting them, they came next day to the house and made a list of items to be packed before shift(One day earlier before move). So, they took total of 2 days- one day of packing and other day of shifting. Finally they load all the items on their truck and ready to move. they reached the destination on time with no item displaced and unpacked safely in my new home. I would definitely recommend Sangwan Packers & Movers to my friends.
