Safe Cargo Packers and Movers

Mr. Pawan and his team did a good job in movement of my household. I paid some extra amount even after the price was finalized but Mr. Pawan provide good service.

Good service and they are gentle and very professional

Terrible service right from the word go. Gave a quotation which included packing, door to door delivery and GST before turning up for packing on Dec 24. Pawan's men disassembled a few things for packing claiming they'll help assemble at the place of delivery. Promised video of the weighing exercise and tracking of the goods once loaded, but provided none. The price was also expensive than many corporate packers and movers as I learnt later. Packed and took the goods and later gave another quotation which had additional charges of toll fee between Bangalore and Vijayawada and interstate transport charges. Wonder what door to door delivery means . After taking goods, they did not show the weight of the goods as informed earlier. Then called to give two options on the phone -- 1) with goods tracking but high chances of they getting damaged and delivery in 4-5 days and 2) without tracking but delivery on Dec 26 straight to Vijayawada with low chances of damages to goods. Called them on Dec 26 to check on delivery time and Pawan lied that the vehicle left only between 2-3 am, so goods will be delivered on Dec 27. Called on Dec 27 only for him to lie that the vehicle left Bangalore only on Dec 26 evening and that it would reach Vijayawada at 5 pm on Dec 26. Had to call multiple times to get an update. Around 6.30 pm on Dec 27 the driver of the vehicle called to inform that they were leaving Bangalore shortly (finally left at 8 pm Dec 27). I later got to know that Safe cargo packers and movers is only a small packing company (according to the transporter who delivered goods) that hires transporters to move goods. So there's no liability whatsoever as Pawan takes 80% payment before the goods are loaded. Upon delivery on Dec 28, he hung up the phone when I asked him about his promise that he would waived off the extra charges partially. He asks the customers to deal with the transporters who in turn ask to talk to packers. It was chaos completely and no accountability at all. Don't choose safe cargo packers and movers. I blindly trusted them because AssureShift sent their reference claiming that they're good. Only good thing in this entire experience is they showed up on time for packing and packed the goods as per expectation.
