Attempted forgery by Mr. Ram Sanwal, Mr. Narender Singh and Mr. Jagat in Gurgaon, Haryana where their team damaged my stuff during shifting and further not providing the compensation on the damages which is petty INR 1950.

I don't recommend these people. They send inexperience people to shift household things. My new house got damaged and I completely regret using this service. Please don't avail these people service, there are plenty of other packers and movers in Bangalore Citi.

I have used this team couple of times for intra and inter-city movements. I have to recommend them for their work ethic, punctuality, and quality of work. They are much better than some big-name players in this segment. Special mention to Narendra, he is a great leader among them, he managed his resources extremely well and was on top of my shifting case, I also like his responsiveness and ensuring that we have a pleasant experience Keep up the good work team, the sky is the limit Thanks & Regards Gyanesh

Hassle-free Goods transfer from Bangalore to Ranchi, Jharkhand during Lockdown Being in my hometown I had to transfer my household items from Bangalore to save on monthly rent. I contacted many agencies but was not convinced as I will not be there at the time of packing. Then I came across Budget Logistics and after talking to Narendra I felt he can get the task done. I Couriered keys of my flat to the company address and booked for pickup. The company guy visited the location and took me on the video call. My landowner received them and helped them with unlocking the flat while I was there on the video call. Packing people started with packing and I instructed them with items. They kept me on video call till packing was completed. Post that I received an items list and quotes on my WhatsApp. I did 80% payment and they begin the next phase i.e. transfer. In the meanwhile, the Karnataka govt announced total lockdown so my goods got a little delayed but Budget guys were in constant touch with updates. Once lockdown got relaxed they initiated the transfer and my items reached me in 5 days. I had transferred one scooty along with other items and upon receiving I noticed it was so well-packed that it didn't receive any new scratches during this shifting. They had packed my vehicle with 3 layers of packing. Overall I am very much satisfied with their service, something that I never expected, especially when I am not at the venue. I want to thank the Budget logistics team who helped me with this. Kudos to you, you are doing good work. Note: Budget Logistics may quote a little extra from other vendors but rest assured they are very professional in their work. This is important as other vendors will make your life hell by making silly excuses delaying your goods and asking more money after picking up your items.

This is my best experience with them. I used their service for moving my household goods. They are very professional and provide the best shifting service as they promised. While packing, the loading process was done very carefully and no damage is done during moving goods

Budget Logistic and Packer is a very prompt and efficient transporter. They are reliable and we can trust them. They carry luggage with utmost care and pack them properly. We have availed their services about 5 times and we never had any complaint.
