I have moved locally within Bangalore from Ireo skyon to M3M golf estate with 4 bhk goods, Mr Sunil Sharma From Urban Club Relocation quoted us 35000 for the same, where we had several other quotes which were of 25 max to 28, So why did I choose Urban Club Relocation instead of lower quotes is the question, about this if you plan to move and have a conversation with mr Sunil and also with other packers and movers you will find out the difference, Certainly he has very good communication skills also confident compared to any other packers and movers guy I have come across but thats not it, the main reason was how he is capable of explaining your move explaining the charges the breakup of the same and planning your move in a systematic way, he had explained us each and everything about the whole moving process and was not shy of saying cannot gaurantee a 100% safe move, had informed us upfront that we can expect some minor damage upto 5% in whole, he was straight forward very clear through out the process no miscommunication, it took 3 days in all for completing the process where in a lot of people told us that they will get it done in 2, the guys who had came for packing were ok with the job but it was the management from Sunil who made my movement a lot easier, it not that I have moved for the first time but this was the only move I did with zero problem and the 5% damage he had informed us did not happen it was a 100% safe move without any damage, Mr Sunil asked me to give the feedback of their service and I am happy to share it with others, I would like to suggest that do take a quote for you move from Urban Club Relocation and even if you decide not move with Urban Club Relocation because of their higher prices compared to others talk to the guy once and you can clearly find out the difference . I utilized Urban Club Relocation packers and movers services for my relocation from Pune to Noida. I dint have many thing to move, the goods were very minimum. I called Urban Club Relocation packers and movers after a lot of research , also consulted with few other packers and movers companies , however most of the companies were either new companies or had a lot of bad reviews online. Though Urban Club Relocation packers and movers charges were comparatively a little on the higher side, but I was more worried about the safety of my new bike and my other goods, so finalized the deal with Urban Club Relocation packers and movers and I happy that all my goods are delivered to me in the same condition as promised however my helmet went missing anyhow I got the reimbursement for the same. Also want to thank Urban Club Relocation packers for not charging me for warehouse and kept my goods safe until I found a new house .

Urban Club Relocation Packers and Movers absolutely stuck to their words no changes whatsoever. They delivered quality services with their high quality performance. I had to reschedule the moving date at last minute but they guys were super friendly to accommodate with the changes. They have been prompt and always friendly over the phone. They did get enough packing material to pack all the goods, a complete 5 layer packing which I was promised. Also dismantling and rearranging was done perfectly . They were extremely careful on the delicate stuff, like dining glass, marble temple and all electronics items and every other item so that there was no scratch or damage. I didn't find any other so skilled mover like they were previously when I shifted few times. I have saved their number in my contact list and plan on using their moving service again in near future. Though the prices are not as competitive as few other movers, but the most important thing is I got what they committed. Great job guys keep up the good work . I was searching for some good packers and movers to shift my household goods and car from Bangalore to Kolkata, I did a lot of research reason, I was conned by a packers and movers company last time when I shifted from Noida to Bangalore, They over charged me and the service was not as they promised and delayed my goods, so this time wanted to be sure that I choose the best company available, yes I could have gone for agarwal but a lot of people in my company keep shifting and have used agarwal but the feeback about them was also not great, so wanted to check some relaible known brand who could take care of my moving needs, I posted my requirements on several websites like just dial, sulekha, etc, Though I got many responses from various companies, I was not satisfied, as most the the people of those sounded unprofessional and in experienced, then I read on mouthshut, about few companies, and found Urban Club Relocation to be the most relaible company for my shifting, I dnt say they dont have negative's but the interesting part was the positive reviews seemed genuine not planted, also many other websites I saw their reviews I could see the existence of the company going back to 2009, and and few factors were the conversation I had with Sharma ji made me more confident to choose them, also Kolkata being thier main office, so these were my reasons to choose Urban Club Relocation . Now the Packing part was really good, though they reached early on the packing date and we had to wake up early to let them in, as we were not prepared for early morning packing, but the guys who came for packing were doing their job with no arguments nothing, the bill was mailed to me from their office, which was exactly as discussed . I was promised the delivery within 6-10 days, and the goods reached by 9th day, and they asked me to take the delivery immediately for which I was not prepared, so instead explaining that part to the Kolkata office guy I asked Mr Sunil Sharma ji to Get me the Delivery on the Next Day, which he agreed on, the next day they delivered the goods, and there were few scratches on my Double bed, after talking to Mr Sunil Sharma ji They Agreed to Reimburse 2000 rs for polishing of bed which they gave instantly, and that was all of it . so all in all with minor setbacks I would still like to rate the company 10/10 for good behaviour and service .
