Sending goods from Bangalore to Hubli was relatively swift. Although there was a shortage of carton boxes, which led to the team using the ones we had reserved for personal use, the packing team was quick and professional. The items were carefully packed, and the packages arrived seemingly in their original condition. After unpacking, however, I noticed that two of the steel items had dents. Additionally, the cost discussed over the phone was exclusive of taxes, and I was only made aware of the tax components when I received the final invoice. I recommend ensuring to ask for the total cost, including all potential fees, during initial discussions to avoid surprises.

Now they started threatening Hello All,. I contacted Rakesh Kumar Warma after online review for my bike parcel from Pune to Chennai. Initially he told the price is 3800 and then finalised 3500 INR. As scheduled yesterday 08/09 one of the guy came to pick up the bike and got the mobile number filled and got signed from me as consignment. Now today morning i got the bill as 5800(3500+1500(Insurance)+350 for tax and 350 for tax₹ which is not communicated to me earlier. Now when i speak to Rakesh he is telling that per my acknowledgement they took insurance and its charged like this way. Started speaking rudely and he is telling raise complaint against me not aproblem. My bike is with them and not sure whether its already shipped or not. Please assist in getting the correct bill and bike to me. Call me for any assistance hope you will inquire this is fair way. 8783306718. John
