It was a pleasure working with Sagar Logistics Packers & Movers when I moved last month. The customer service was outstanding from start to finish, each staff member being friendly and helpful when discussing our requirements for the move. On the day itself, their team worked very hard, skillfully packing all of our items with care before loading them safely into their vehicles - all done within record speed time! Highly recommended!

have worked with Sagar Logistics Packers and Movers Mumbai for the last 5 years. I've always been impressed by their work ethics, service and professionalism. They are a very good team to work with, who will do their best to help you out in any way they can. I have never had any issues with them and always get the best quality of packing & unpacking from them.

I had booked the services of Sagar Logistics from Mumbai to Puri (Odisha) in March. The packing was done on 31st March and was expected to deliver by 7th of April at the destination. But then the salesperson who had booked the services started playing with me regarding delivery. After frequent follow-ups and escalation the delivery was done almost after 25 days during the last week of april. around 10% of the goods were damaged by mouse and we could see it visibly when unloading was being done. They didn't even arrange the coolie to unload and we had to arraneg it locally. We paid insurance premium as well to cover damages but got to know now that the insurance company had declined it and Sagar Logistics team didn't even have the courtesy to followup on this. I would never recommend you to use the services by Sagar logistics.
