Leoreliable Packers and Movers

My courier was from Pune to Patna and I was really nervous whether i can trust them or not to courier it as it has many important stuff as well , but once I called them they were really supportive they promised me that nothing will be misplaced and make sure that I get my courier on time. The packaging was done very nicely and neatly as each cartoon was covered with plastic. I recieved my parcel in good condition with everything without any damage. It was an amazing experience. Booked a request to transfer Item from Pune to Chhattisgarh. Had my laptop some mobiles with few other glass item and some clothes It was a Pg to home shift due to Covid!! Did my laptop or mobile phones or glass bottle got any damge ? No, it was packed nicely with bubble wrap Did they showed everything nicely in video call? They did a video call but was not proper Was the packing of material are of nice standard? Yes they did pack everything very nicely. Is there a insurance? Yes there is insurance and I opted for the same but let me tell you, You have to get every detail about it some of my costly item went missing I tried claiming the thing coz I thought I took an insurance of 30k and something happens also will claim as they tell 80% reimbursement But there is a catch I didn't enquired it properly and this insurance thing work differently here so please make it very very clear with the person Did any of your item went missing? Yes few of my item went missing some of my clothes which I didn't raised a complain also two of my costly perfumes (But I was not at all sure where it got missed from my pg or this movers n packrs side so I wasn't able to do anything ) But I ask the person whom I contacted from this company(movers and packers) He checked did investigation by cctv got one of my Item and he send me very nicely!! And the packing was super awesome for that item Was the person from leo reliable nice to me? Yes he was, but make sure you get a proper video call , count on all the items which is packed Do not let them do anything without a video call Make a proper list of your items put a tick mark if it got packed!! And cross check when it reached you Special concern how about the laptop? I was super worried about it but it was packed nicely with bubble wrap and mine was a macbook, if you have more strudy laptop then the chance will be less but yes thats a risk you have to take otherwise packing is nicely done and will be kept between the clothes. How was my experience? It was good, got my laptops mobiles and other precious stuff By glass I mean perfume bottle!!!

They did quite a good job in packing even though we were communicating with instructions remotely. They also provided us with a tracking ID. The consignment reached with no damages. Satisfied with their services.

My courier was from Pune to Raipur and I was very nervous whether it is a good option or not to courier it as it has many important stuff as well , but once I call team they were so supportive and told me everything will be done in a video call and nothing will be misplaced. I was too impressed with packaging as each cartoon was covered with plastic to protect it from rain if it occurred. I recieved my parcel in good condition with everything in it. Summary: Cheated me by over invoicing, STOLE my goods, and conducted GST Fraud. Initial Quote 65,352, but Invoice AFTER picking goods from my house new quote is 86,455, and BLACKMAILING me to agree to the price or they will not return the goods, Finally decided to quote 79,455. Took them 4 months to deliver. Bags torn and goods STOLEN from the bags. Furniture broken. Took money for insurance, and when asked for insurance money, excuse was we did not take individual insurance for you, and insurance is for lost goods, not for stolen goods or broken. For loss of 15K+ they paid 1500, and that too after months of argument. GST Fraud, in the Quote they mentioned GST 12%, and in the invoice it is Service Charge 12%, so they even cheated the government. Sent my goods after 4 months, excuse was Covid, when I called their sales guys (have a recording), they were willing to take new orders, and then asked an additional Rs. 9,000, and blackmailed they will not return the goods unless I pay. HORRIBLE Frauds, Cheats and Thieves. I have all the Chat history with VINOD to prove everything. Planning to put a complaint on Consumer Court, and also to the GST Jurisdiction Officer. These guys are going to Jail. Assure Shift is acted as an independent party and that is why they are publish this review in Oct 2020 after trying to help and resolve these problems, but LeoReliable, rather NON-Reliable did not care.
