05 अप्रैल 2023, मैं जय हिंद पैकर्स एंड मूवर्स द्वारा प्रदान की जाने वाली सेवाओं के प्रति अपने अत्यधिक असंतोष को व्यक्त करने के लिए लिख रहा हूं। उनके साथ मेरा अनुभव किसी बुरे सपने से कम नहीं रहा है। मुझे आपको यह बताते हुए खेद हो रहा है कि उनकी सेवाएं मेरी अपेक्षाओं से बहुत नीचे गिर गई हैं, और जिस तरह से उन्होंने मेरे स्थानांतरण को संभाला है, उससे मैं बेहद निराश हूं। सबसे पहले, जय हिंद पैकर्स एंड मूवर्स ने अपने वादों को पूरा नहीं करके मेरा भरोसा तोड़ा है। वे माल की ढुलाई में खुद को शामिल नहीं करते हैं बल्कि वे तीसरे पक्ष के विक्रेता को नियुक्त करते हैं। उन्होंने मेरे सामान की पिक-अप और डिलीवरी के संबंध में मुझसे वादा किया था, लेकिन वे अपना वादा पूरा करने में विफल रहे क्योंकि तीसरा पक्ष सेवा देने के लिए तैयार नहीं था। इससे मुझे बहुत असुविधा हुई है और इसने मुझे एक मुश्किल स्थिति में डाल दिया है। दूसरे, पूरी प्रक्रिया के दौरान मेरे सामान की सुरक्षा एक बड़ी चिंता थी क्योंकि वे तीसरे पक्ष को शामिल करते थे; इस पर उनका कोई अधिकार नहीं है। इस तरह की सेवा अधिक मूल्यवान होगी। तीसरे, जय हिंद पैकर्स एंड मूवर्स ने अपनी प्रतिबद्धता को पूरा करने में असमर्थता के कारण सौदा रद्द करने के बाद मेरा अग्रिम भुगतान वापस नहीं किया। यह पूरी तरह से अस्वीकार्य है और इससे मुझे 35% डील गंवानी पड़ी है। चौथा, मैं अपनी चिंताओं को सुनने के लिए एश्योर शिफ्ट कार्यालय पहुंचा और मुझे सूचित किया गया कि उन्होंने जय हिंद पैकर्स एंड मूवर्स को ब्लॉक कर दिया है। यह केवल मेरे संदेह की पुष्टि करता है कि उनकी खराब प्रतिष्ठा है और वे भरोसेमंद नहीं हैं। पाँचवाँ, मुझे यह भी पता चला है कि जय हिंद पैकर्स एंड मूवर्स भारत के अन्य हिस्सों से काम कर रहे हैं। यह एक स्पष्ट संकेत है कि उनके पास अच्छी व्यावसायिक नैतिकता नहीं है और वे गुणवत्तापूर्ण सेवाएं प्रदान करने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध नहीं हैं। अंत में, मुझे कहना होगा कि जय हिंद पैकर्स एंड मूवर्स की व्यावसायिक भावना अच्छी नहीं है। उनके व्यावसायिकता की कमी और खराब सेवा वितरण अस्वीकार्य है, और मैं किसी को भी उनकी सेवाओं की सिफारिश नहीं करूंगा। अंत में, मैं आपसे आग्रह करता हूं कि आप उनके साथ व्यापार न करें। सुरक्षित रहें !!

Positive: Responsiveness I have taken their services for sending household items from Ahmedabad to greater Noida. Received Super awesome service. Flawless and totally professional approach. I would like to suggest everyone to have their services without any second thought.

Extremely professional and efficient. I haven’t had a better experience with any one else. They didn’t need to be briefed at all. Each and every thing was expertly packed. Not even a pin was missing. Cannot Give Zero rating that's why providing 1 star forcefully. I have got my Bike transported from Jai Hind which got me after 1 month from Ahmedabad to Bangalore with damaged condition. They tore and removed Slack bag attached to bike and kept with them only, after mentioning that bag and helmet haven't got delivered with bike. The person in-charge is not at all aware of that and it still lying in his office or don't know where it been 2 month now, the person is not even picking up the call. He is operating from somewhere in Rajasthan and taking order of any states or place and promising customer that he will be checking by himself. Even Assure shift is following it on my case but he is not responding to them as well. Please be aware of this and I totally recommended NOT To Provide and opt from this Transport. He will Quote you less but won't be cheaper for us after providing the order to him. Assure Shift please don't recommend him.
