EZ Cargo Movers Mumbai

I had to shift my stuff from Mumbai to Gurugram recently. As I was stuck in Goa since the lock down, I had to manage everything online. The staff members are extremely polite, patient, and professional. The ones who packed my belongings packed them with utmost care and everything reached me safe and on time. I was on a video call with them throughout the packing. Very happy with their service. Thank you for the service!

I got reference of Ez Cargo from Assure shift and was given a good feedback which was complete wrong... In case you are looking for movers and packers on whom you can rely on.... please do not go with Ez Cargo.... they are typical example of big promises before sales and poor after sales service.... while there is big list of issues but just listing down some else it would take me hours to write... 1) Poor packing in Mumbai.... you just cannot leave it on them to pack 2) Pickup from Mumbai to save cost rather than sending truck they transported stuff in small tempos (this means more chances of your goods breakage) 3) Even before booking i had asked and was committed my good would be stored in Ggn warehouse if required however they kept the goods in Mumbai which led to delay in delivery in Ggn ... i had to spend 2 days extra on hotel bill 4) They would not pick your call or respond to message once you make payment 5) They charged me for Insurance but never received copy of Insurance 6) After all this torture you expect at least your goods to be safe... but it wasn't a surprise that some of the stuff was damaged (one of my almirah was completely broken) , most of the wodden furniture corners were damaged & it been almost a week and i am still waiting for insurance claim .... when i call them now they don't pick pone now as anticipated Highly unprofessional to work with them i would recommend not to use their service as client or even as partner you would end up loosing money i would rather pay extra but not work with them....

Extremely proficient. Yadav ji was available from the get go. Quite affordable. Also the packing was done in such a professional manner that i didn't have a single breakage despite having some glass items. This was especially commendable since it was a long commute from Mumbai to Kolkata. Very happy!

I like to say that there work was good and beautiful packing, they packed it very tightly & in safe manner in this lockdown period they did every thing safe & secure with few staffs . Finally thanks to the whole team.
