A great experience overall. The coordinator at every step was very satisfying and Rinku, the person in charge, who was always available over a call. The quality of packing material used was top class, bubble wraps, foam sheets of blue color, cardboard, and waterproofing film were used in good quality to ensure a quality packing. I was also impressed by the competitive pricing and the ease of scheduling and rescheduling the appointments. very friendly service that felt like money's worth.

Horrible experience. On enquiry for shifting my Hero Pleasure from Pune to Bhilai, the one Mr Rinku Badal contacted me and told the charges will be Rs. 4,000 for door to door delivery. Accordingly, I agreed and sent him the required details and requested to pick the vehicle from my place. The person came without any documents to take the vehicle. I hesitate to handover but Mr Badal told me to have faith on him and his business over phone and also sent me the consignment copy on whatsapp. Once the vehicle was handed over to them, he demanded Rs.6,000 including 18% GST, Rs.900 insurance premium and S T Charges of of Rs.450. I sent my GSTIN for issuing Tax Invoice incorporating the same. He neither issued me the Tax Invoice incorporating my GSTIN nor provided with any documents of Insurance Premium Paid or Policy. My vehicle was also damaged by them while handling. When contacted he did not responded to the issue.
