Pooja Packers and Movers

I had booked Pooja packers and movers through assureshift to shift household stuff from Chennai to 3 different cities: Bangalore, Mumbai and Mangalore. They were reasonably priced. Followed up regularly after quote and packed all stuff well including 2 wheelers. All the items were delivered well within the expected timeline and without any damages. Very satisfactory experience. Only suggestion to them would be to inform customers about any additional costs like AC removal, Octroi charges, etc in advance so that there is no confusion on the day of packing. Overall I would recommend them for their timely and good quality service.

Got a lower quote over call. But after packing they increased the quote by 30%. Please note that this happens after packing. Its not like they come access the goods as say that they made a mistake in quoting. They happily start packing because they know for sure that at the point of of no return we would be forced to pay watever they hike. Well my issue with them was not this. These guys promised a door to door delivery, which included discharging at destination. But this never happened, instead my goods were left in the highway from where I had to arrange my own means to carry it home. When asked about this these scammers were shamelessly giving lame reasons. In addition to this I raised a complaint with assureshit. Assure shift came out to be fraudsters themself taking the side of the packers. This is all happening despite the fact that I shared with them all the proofs. Beware of Assureshit as well as Pooja packers.

Excellent, timely, and best of the class service. The team is professional and knows their job. Awesome service. The guys were skilled and quick in packing, they took 6 hours to pack and move our households from Porur to Ambattur.
