I contacted chetan cargo packers and movers (9382225816) recently as I relocated from Chennai to Delhi I had talked to other companies also, some of them were charging less than amount but none of them looked as professional as Chetan cargo so we settled with the brand). They took the whole amount by the cheque the same day they came for packing. The things were packed at my house on the 7th floor and were taken to the new house on 2nd floor. They came on the day we asked them to come to pack the things and they delivered on the exact date and time that we wanted. Initially, I was worried after reading some negative reviews but once they came and started packing the stuff, I was rested assured that the furniture and everything else will be absolutely safe. They got a lot of cartons, soft cloth sheets, plastic etc as packing material. The way they packed everything, there was no chance of anything getting damaged. Good system but transportation management on ground must be better Domestic Moving Recently @ 15 days back I shifted my house hold things from nashik to chakan. Systems of survey, packaging material, Quoting etc. was very good. But felt disappointed when 1. in a hurry of packaging the people packed all things mixed & it took hell lot of time to sort it out at destination for us 2. marking was very generic on box & many boxes were not having the things written out side it 3. transportation was bad as I got my gamlas fully damaged, my cupboard damaged on side panel 4. Also during un-packing the people only helped to open 4-5 boxes rest @ 30 boxes were opened by us which ultimately poured dissatisfaction of point 1 5. Hefty tips at both the places 6. As advertised on site if people have behaved neat & clean then would have been a better thing. Overall average experience but yes good support for a very big task. Also need to mention nashik manager Mr. Rameswar Lal courtesy & sweet talks was feel good factor
