Speedify Packers and Movers

We had a very tough time hiring Speedify packers and movers to relocate from Pune to Chennai. As per our experience, they are very sweet talkers who sell false USPs (unique selling points) gives false promises, and take additional days to deliver compared to others. Our Experience in brief. 1. The commencement of the packing process was initially slated for 11:00 AM, but it was ultimately initiated at 4:00 PM on the scheduled day of the relocation. 2. We were left completely uninformed, with no genuine updates provided. 3. The total hours promised for packing was 4 hours but in actuality, the packing started at 4:00 PM in the afternoon and the loading of goods did not get over even by 2:00 AM the next day. 4. The total number of workforce promised was 6 people but in actuality, there were only 2 people and the packing process was stalled in between because of the non-availability of packing materials 5. Because of this delay, we were compelled to cancel our plans and rearrange our itinerary. 6. To add to this the ground-level workers were rude and careless and did not even understand the value of the items they were handling. 7. Despite being promised real-time updates, including photo and video evidence of the transportation, we were only provided with emails containing information, without any supporting proof shared. 8. The goods were delivered in a very bad shape all boxes were opened by the delivery guys opened the boxes upside down resulting in all provision items opening and mixing with all the items in the box 9. There were dents in the Fridge, Speakers, 2 iron cupboards and RO connecting knob was broken 10. A table worth 9,000 was broken and as compensation, they were ready to pay 500 only. 11. Yamaha keyboard E333 was mixed with other luggage and did not reach us in time resulting in taking another one on rent costing us a loss of 5000 This movement cost us dearly because we opted for Speedify packers and movers.
