Initially I was a little hesitant but once I started talking to them I felt I can trust them. Only few of my furnitures were to be moved from delhi to mumbai in my case I wanted my furnitures to be kept on a hold as my house was getting renovated and delivering the furnitures immediately meant it would get all dusty in the house. They were super sweet to help me with the hold idea in delhi itself. Then when i was ready to take the delivery it took then approx a week's time to find the truck to load my furnitures to be sent to Mumbai. The truck wasn't readily available and I wasn't in a hurry. So it was a win win situation for both. I felt that they are totally trustworthy and also that the furnitures were delivered safely. No visible and prominent damage to my furnitures. Also the delivery guys didn't ask me for any bakshish considering 2 of them climbed 3 floors to deliver the heavy bed and mattress and a xabinet and chairs . Ofcourse I paid them the gratitude but they never asked me anything. Again this is my experience and based ion my experience I would definitely recommend them to my friends. Just one more thing I would want to mention that they have a practice of taking the fee amount right when they come to pick up your samaan. I thought they should be paid after the delivery.as they have my furnitures and now they also want the money. How is that fair. What if they run away with my samaan n the money and they argued what if the customer refuse to pay up later. I said who would do that n even if they do that then dont deliver. Simple as that After the initial arguments they felt they could trust me and agreed to take the money post delivery which I think was a fair deal. All this to say we did have our own hesitations but all were sorted once we had clear talks. They are open for talks. I would like to thank them for their understanding and for the safe delivery 🙏.
