Liars, irresponsible team, charged full insurance, damaged most of my heavy items, glasses broken, dining chairs damaged, missed a kitchen items carton, damaged even a sturdy deewan. When asked about damage insurance they started passing the buck between bangalore and hyderabad offices, one arrogant Pavan, kept postponing and finally stopped picking up the call. Shared all the damage pictures on the day of unloading to the so called hyderabad head office, same strategy... Buy time passing the buck and then finally started ignoring. Pathetic, unprofessional, careless

Increased money after packing and loading into truck. Assured for delivery within 3 days and its been more than 12 days . Yet havent received my luggage. Everyday being assured that ill get it today since last 7-8 days in case they receive my call.
