Payment amount was set on 10,000 including gst. On 17 August 7:30 am inki 2 labour aa gai jisme se ek ka naam sanjay tha. Morning 10:40 am talk inhone saara saman pack karke le gaye without any receipt. Jab humne pucha ki iska bill or saman kab takk deliver hoga. Sanjay ne kaha ki by e- mail apke pass bill aayega or saman se related kuch nahi bataya. Jab humne Mr. Robin se baat ki toh kahte h aapka saman toh 3-4 din mein deliver hoga jab iska reason pucha toh kahte h aapke saman sharing mein aayega. Jab pucha ki apko sharing ka kisne bola toh Khate h urgent chahiye toh 20,000 pay kar dijiye aaj evening mein saman apke pass hoga. Humne uske liye mana kar diya. On Thursday Robin call karke kahte h ki aapko insuarance karvani padegi jab iska pucha ki bhi aapne pahle nahi bataya tha then he reply company policy h hum kya kare, humne uske liye bhi mana kar diya. Uske baad payment ka issue payment pahle kariye. Jab hamara saman h takk aaya hi nahi hum payment pahle kaise karde. Inlogo ne itna pareshan kar diya ki payment pahle karni padi. Finally we received our luggage on Saturday. Inke driver kahte h aapka Saman h aap labour lao, uska issue resolve Kiya toh Hamra saman unpack nahi kiya, jab humne unpack kiya toh aadhe se jyada crockery, meri dadi ka photo frame toota hua Mila or 2 lpg cylinder 1 full seal pack or ek half tha dono khali.
