They will ruin your products, these people do not know how to do business, they do not know how to communicate, very bad manner and will start cursing you in local language like goons. When I hired them, first of all, they charged me with hidden charges. Then after they delivered my goods to a different location and took 20 days for a nearby location that would take 10 days at max. For this, the speedx did not respond properly and when they did they started cursing. When I received my goods, the TV monitor was shattered, the fridge door was broken, the washing machine was broken, and the almirah was broken from inside also. All my goods are beyond repair and can be given as scrap. The worst part is they did not even react after this, started cursing and laughing at us for this. Please do not take their services, you will lose your money, time, and more importantly valuable goods. Hire some good packers and movers, not this scum.

Just spoke the a guy named Amit on 8198016007 who not only was rude and abusive but also seemed uninterested in speaking to a prospective client. It felt as if i were speaking to an uneducated Goon.

Good stuff packing process and responsive work

I had send one trolley baggage for Delhi to be delivered to Siliguri. They informed me that they will take 7 days time to do door step delivery. Baggage was collected on 30th July 2020 and they were supposed to give tracking details to me. On continuous 3 days of follow up with them they used to inform me that they will give me the tracking number. On not receiving the tracking number I requested my male friend to talk to them and to ask back the baggage if they have not send it yet. So, on 4th August I received the tracking Id . stating the courier was picked up on 4th August. Then on 6th Aug it showed delivered in destination city while tracking. So, I was supposed to receive the baggage by 6th or 7th Aug. Today is 14th Aug late evening I haven't yet received the luggage. From thr time i gave the baggage for courier its been a kind of mental harassment following up with these people. Firstly they don't receive calls. Me and my friend had to call them constantly for 25 times to get respond from them. On receiving they will say they will check and get back to you and then then never get back. So you again have to call them constantly this way. After that they will say by today to tomorrow you will get the courier and from last 6 days they are telling me the same thing. After that they will switch off their phone.

Do you people real??? Or you just keep somebody's money harass them blackmail them and keep their stuffs?? It's been 11 days you took my things. I have paid full amount. And now you have stopped taking my calls. Not sending my goods. What the hell is this???

Fraud company We had Booked our office table and chair On feb 11 ,2020 From jalandhar city To Delhi They don’t deliver anything till June 2020 And when we call them for this Issue they always say That we are in village due to Corona And on July 2020only chairs had delivered after callled them 100 times . And now we are asking them for the table they are saying [ vo ghum ho gya sir ya tut gya hai Isliye hum deliver ni kr rhe hai aap 3000/- rupees leke settlement kr lijiye ] What the the hell is this company Worth of rs 20000/-table, they are saying make settlement in 3000 rupees If the chairman of the company is really genuine . Plzz solve are issue for this . Because Speedex staff is not cooperatable They are not helping us Very bad very bad very bad xperience. Worst worst .
