Hi I am talking about my bad experience with Rudra Packers and Movers. The Rudra booking team behaved very badly and miscommunicated with me. I don't know real name of his coordinator but I said Mr. Situ its subject number (8093071112). I am asking for the manager's number starting from the end of Miss Guide but she is not giving it. So book this packer carefully.

Details 1- Package delivery pickup van delayed by 3hrs. 2- Extra charges while delivering , without paying the amount they are not even delivering. Looks like they don't trust there customers. 3- Poor communication and even no tracking for the delivery. Details They said 20k amount in the beginning hence I have asked for the exact date that's 28th Aug for delivery so what's the timeline. received the exact details from Mahi Manager Bhubaneswar that it will be delivered on 28th without any other charges. Then once the order picked up no info on when the travel happening i have to call multiple times to confirm about the delivery. Delivery reached on 27th hence they called if you don't pick up today you need to pay 2k extra even though i have confirmed about it earlier and there were no charges mentioned. above all these they are asking for GST addition too. The pick up from Bhubaneshwar was good until the payment. once the payment done the pick up got delayed by 3hrs and such extra charges . Really unhappy with the charging system as i have asked in the beginning about everything clearly with exact dates and times.

Excellent Service and the packaging was very good. They are very helpful and friendly, came to my house with all the packaging materials and tape. Packed it completely and reached on time. I would definitely recommend.
