Pioneer Logistics and Packers Hyderabad

Booked house shift from Hyderabad to Bangalore and it's Worst experience with this packers. Rude behaviour and no manners at all. Initially they quoted 14,500 but post pickup they billed as 20,500 rupees as GST and insurance. They threaten customer to pay full amount post pickup. Lost one package box and no one knows where it is. Promised 2days delivery but delivered after 3 days. Lots of dents, scratches and broken some of my items which can't help to anyway to fix. Worst guys..they connect to many people and no one answer properly

Absolute pathetic service. They damaged my tables and goods. On delivery, they have not assembled it back. While booking, they will give all assurances. But they will show their true colours once your stuff is in their hands. I did not want insurance and i explicitly mentioned. Still, once they packed my goods they charged me insurance. And that insurance was of no use. It's been 3 weeks and they have not raised any claim for my damages.

Good service and the staff were really good at handling things.

The team overcomes all challenges coming in packing and moving and mitigate all the risks coming on the way of packing and moving. They pack all the electronic gadgets very carefully.
