Vijay Packers and Logistics Ahmedabad

I booked them for shifting of household goods because they agreed to move my 100 plus plants also separately . I paid them additionally for separate plant truck. However, they just stuffed plants in boxes like things without being bothered that they are delicate items. Half of my plants got damaged beyond recovery. Very bad experience.

I booked the service on the 18th of June to transfer from Ahmedabad To Vapi and the while writing this review I received the goods in poor condition, all boxes are wet and smell funky, My bed is broken, Fridge Is not working utensils rack is damaged, Iron is wet and not working, I paid for unloading the boxes, But Along with My Mom, Dad, Sister helped me to unload the truck, there was no other guy to help me. They spoke with me using Foul words, My goods are literally damaged, There were no unloading guys to help, I with my family members did the Job. They even said jisko complaint Karna hai kardo Kuch Hoga nhi. Let's see what you can do for me. When Packing In Ahmedabad I even Tipped the guys RS 500/- for their work. they asked directly, Sir TIPS DONA ITNE LOGO NE KAAM KIYA HAI. I paid 17000 For This shitty service Now After Complaint, I Received The Compensation of RS 3500/-, Now let me tell you my cost of repairing. The Wet Fridge Costed Me: RS: 2500/- Bed Cost: RS: 1750/- Utensils Rack: RS: 1500/- Iron: RS: 900/- These people are liars, they do not update you on the right details, The Manager Satyawan Is a BIG LIER, Do Not Believe His Words, He Told Me the Truck is in Vapi, but it was in Vadodara (5 Hours Away From My Home). Do Not Believe These Guys They are BIG Liars (Satyawan, Please do not Trust Him, He Is the Worst Person To Deal With). I could have gave him minus rating but there is no option. Thanks Jayraj Patel
