Initial: Both Rajesh & Rekha: Sir we will take care of your household items like mine. Day of Shifting: Sir if you need the items to be safe pls take insurance or anything that might happen during transit. INSURANCE CHARGES Rs 3000/Lac Only,I Will send the invoice but he crops the Insurance copy in mobile & WhatsApp it the first page only. As you are in packing and checking things you may not be able to verify it. Paid: Transport Charges : Rs 23,000 + iNSURANCE RS 3000 Loading Ppl: Rs 700 - or they will not leave. Unloading @ Destination : Rs 700. Unpacking: Finally you find out They Stole 1 Mobile Phone Motorolla turbo Charger, 3 Knives, Damages - Dining Table was broken, 3 Legs of wooden Cot Cracked, Treadmill Dead, Scooter Damaged. You ask for an Insurance copy. Now he sends only the first page after so much argument I got the invoice and to be shocked to see the Rs 255 is Premium paid to insurance/ Lac- Reliance Marine Cargo Insurance. Nonprofessional packers during Loading & packings. He says Online transfer is fine during initial discussion - After loading complete in the truck - Only Cash is better.GETs MONEY but NO BILL or INVOICE.AFTER SERVICE-NO RESPECT. I availed the services of Trans India in the end of May'20 for moving from Chennai to Coimbatore. The company response was good and I was coordinating with the company staff Rajesh. Everything was good and reached Coimbatore as planned. Upon unloading I found my Bike handlebar was damaged beyond repair, our dressing mirror set knobs were broken and they TV too went for a toss and there is a problem in displaying. Due to lockdown scenario on a safety note we locked the house once unloaded for 2 weeks and unpacking too happened accordingly. Seeing this i contacted RAJESH for claiming insurance but he mentioned the insurance was valid for only 7 days. This was not informed clearly at the time of availing the service. What is more shocking is the box which had our puja items we missed the silver lamp, 2 small silver plates which we use as a base to keep small Ganesha and Kamadenu idols. It was me who personally packed that box and I am able to guess now during my absence for a small time at the loading hours this should have happen. This is really unprofessional and unethical. One of the loadmen have missed his phone at our house and he never called us back for the phone. This explains why he never called to claim the phone.

Will surely work with them again. Bang for buck.
