Elumazhai and his team came to work for our shifting. They were so professional and polite. They planned everything so well. Everything was segregated and put it boxes as how we asked and put at the new place. They were accommodative of small change in plans of arranging things at the new place. They covered the glass material, wood materials, soba, etc with a proper bubble and foam wrap... and it was very safe and tension free. Overall i am very satisfied with their service for moving the goods from Chennai to Madurai.

Trans India really rendered an excellent service. I really intent to shift only 2 boxes, but I made up my mind to shift entire office articles. Initial: Both Rajesh & Rekha: Sir we will take care of your household items like mine. Day of Shifting: Sir if you need the items to be safe pls take insurance or anything that might happen during transit. INSURANCE CHARGES Rs 3000/Lac Only,I Will send the invoice but he crops the Insurance copy in mobile & WhatsApp it the first page only. As you are in packing and checking things you may not be able to verify it. Paid: Transport Charges : Rs 23,000 + iNSURANCE RS 3000 Loading Ppl: Rs 700 - or they will not leave. Unloading @ Destination : Rs 700. Unpacking: Finally you find out They Stole 1 Mobile Phone Motorolla turbo Charger, 3 Knives, Damages - Dining Table was broken, 3 Legs of wooden Cot Cracked, Treadmill Dead, Scooter Damaged. You ask for an Insurance copy. Now he sends only the first page after so much argument I got the invoice and to be shocked to see the Rs 255 is Premium paid to insurance/ Lac- Reliance Marine Cargo Insurance. Nonprofessional packers during Loading & packings. He says Online transfer is fine during initial discussion - After loading complete in the truck - Only Cash is better.GETs MONEY but NO BILL or INVOICE.AFTER SERVICE-NO RESPECT.
