From Murad Nagar to Kolkata, from 15th June we are waiting for goods. They are not responding and using fake addresses of Dwarka & Sector 3 Greater Noida. Bastards are better than Ravinder & Lait, Please note their numbers 9812136936 , 8851161641 and 8930250008. They are using fake address to fool the people - No/ wrong address in Sector 6 Dwarka, wrong address Sector 3, Greater Noida. Avoid their services and please share their actual address if anyone have to file the complain against those cheaters.

Inspite of repeat calls and confirmation, mr. Ravinder Kumar, failed to show up on time.. mr lalit who was the driver ..came at 12 pm...instead of morning 8am promise...and to pack and load a 2 bhk items , that was 90 % packed by me already in boxes...took them 5 hrs ... Leading to missing the new society time of entry at 6pm ..not only that after making prmise of reaching in 1.5 hr drom dwarka to Indirapuram... They stop the vehicle some midway... On calling them I was informed heavy vehicle entry is not allowed after 5 pm ...and now vehcile will start at 11 pm in night.... A simple pack and load ...of 5 hrs job...they made...20hr of odd hour job... Never never hire them...please ...

Since the initiation of the conversation with Ravinder till the end of the shifting he was very co-operative. A good service provided by Shree Balaji Logistics. Will surely recommend others for a secure movement anywhere with Shree Balaji Logistics.

The shifting experience was really good. All inventory was intact, service was swift, professional was well behaved. It was overall a nice experience.

I had booked delivery from assure shift and they suggested me Shree Balaji Logistic packers and movers, delhi. I had contacted them. So from here onwards, I am giving review for service provided by Balaji Logistic packers and movers, delhi. Firstly they will promise you that all customers requirements, instructions will be fulfilled. So that customer get should satisfaction. But when you confirmed your deal and paid money to them, they surely don't remember any promise at all. I have told them that please kept my luggage separate and safe, but they don't care about my luggage. Shree Balaji Logistic packers and movers are only concerned about money. It doesn't matter to them whether my luggage is damaged or not. So they really don't care about luggage and also they won't take responsibility of damage. So during transit my laptop is damaged. To repair, it will cost me Rs 5000. Next thing is that, they don't have their vehicles for shipment transportation. So it is blunder, we are trusting the courier service and their fake promises, they deliver my luggage through another courier service that is Spot on delivery service without taking my permission. They done this all internally. Next thing is, they will promise you that they will provide tracking id and live location. But after payment, they will say, "sir there is problem in our computer system." And run away from promise. Next thing, if you try to contact them during the transit of luggage, they won't receive your call because they need only your money, they don't need customer satisfaction. And I insisted them for please give me status update regarding my luggage, they threatened me and say your luggage is not our responsibility. And after the luggage, if we complain about the delivery they will sent us their terms and conditions which are pathetic.(Terms and conditions should be communicated at the start of the deal)

Very good It becomes a big hassle when you shift especially between the cities . Must thank Balaji Logistics for their overall package and suggestion on chosing the vehicle based on goods.
