1. Workers arrived at 9:45 - 10 when scheduled for 8:30
2. Packers were very rough to pack. My couple of fridge items (liquid) were upside down on arrival and spilled internally
3. No packages were marked and hence on arrival had to open all boxes to see what was where
4. There were dents on my new fridge
5. There were only 5 people including driver when I was promised for about 6-8.
6. Overall they were taking quite a bit of time even though I myself had packed half of the house already
7. The boxes were Tata spares boxes which were sufficiently good but cello tape (generally used in stationary) was used. My expectation was brown tape
8. I only bargained for extra roll of bubble wrap for all furnitures. Reduction of 1000. But initially they didn't even bubble wrap
9. Stuck tape directly on furniture which when they removed, scrapped paint
10. Reassembly of only bed was left half as they didn't have proper understanding to put it back together. If I would allow them to do it, they may have damaged it. Thankfully we didn't allow them to touch Godrej modular cupboard and single bed installation
11. Handling of water purifier and other appliances was equally bad.
12. Towards the end they tried to hurry and put lot of pressure on us (indirectly) to unpack their Carton boxes. If we keep their carton boxes, we would have to shell out additional 50 rupees per box. Thankfully we had

If I have to sum it up, the materials did more job of protecting and the workers only did more of movement
