Till you pay money they will respond properly. Once the full amount is paid. They will not attend our calls itself. They will wantedly miss wirting LR number on packets packets by creating hurry situations. If we ask them about this we they will we are there we deliver everything safe they will say at the time of pickup. And they will miss lot of packages. If we ask about missed items which they ignored to write LR on boxes. They will answer arrogantly whatever we marked we delivered. If we asked them to show cc tv footages of their godown to check our items they will not respond and If we try to call them they will not attend calls from our numbers and return they will blame us. Please avoid this kind of people and services. They will charge for insurance also. and they will not share those details to claim. Worst in service.

We booked Ryder Packers and movers for shifting house within Bangalore. They are very professional, loyal and dedicated from the beginning till end of the process. They came half an hour earlier than the time committed around 8 a.m. They waited patiently as we had some last minutes work before starting the process. Language is not a barrier, first time we were all comfortable with the team beyond the Language. They planned very well, co ordination and did every work very cool. Requested for few coverage which usually they don't do, but accepted based on our requirements. All people in the team were dedicated till their last moment. We shifted to 3rd floor, where there was no lift(not allowed by the owner), still They did their best job and we were very happy to choose them. Sometimes people showoff, say onething but don't keep up their words especially in this profession. In my past 15 years of experience, having shifted more than 10 houses, Ryders packers and movers are the BEST. Thank you so much for the great service 🙏🙏

They understand customer priorities and accordingly do the packing. The damage is almost zero. That is a great plus point. They are not at all in hurry to complete the things. This is one of the worst transportation services I have encountered with. They say the items will be delivered in 1 week but take atleast 2 weeks (atleast for my location). They should inform that it will take 7 working days or normal days. And that too, they don’t send you the invoice and approximate prices beforehand or even while packaging. After asking multiple times, I got the invoice that was more than double the other transporting service company were charging. They have absolutely no regards for customer's packages and will not even care even if your things get damaged in the process. The exact thing the area manager of my location said was - "Apka 2000 ka loss ho ya 2 lakh ka. Wo hamara matter nhi hai."

The team headed by Ravinder Singh is excellent and has Great customer commitment I have never seen such professional packers and movers Although I was initially skeptical after seeing the way they executed our shift which was complex from a few locations to a single destination was simply outstanding Somveer is outstanding Sandeep jeet and Ajay are excellent They are passionate about the job and believe in customer satisfaction which is rare in this industry I have had bad experiences with top-rated movers but Ryders changed my opinion about the industry.

I decided to go with Ryders, undoubtedly they are super good with their job I had many fragile goods and heavy objects all reached safely from Ground floor to 4th floor some of the items they did carry through the stairs.
