Red Rocket Packers and Movers

I have always used Redrocket Packers and Movers in the past. This time I was scheduled to move from Bangalore to Ankleshwar. I was paying personally, So I requested Redrocket Team to give me best possible quote. They still gave me a quote which was quite on the higher side but I was very particular that I needed a container vehicle since it was raining. I told them I am a repeat customer, and consider some discount. They gave me a discount of 10%, The cost was still high for me, but since I have a good relation with the manager Mr Shah and considering my past experience, I decided to go ahead with them, reminding them that I was giving them the premium provided I my expectations are fulfilled. Everthing went on time. Packing started at 9am, loading got done by 9pm, items were loaded on a 20 feet container, Next day, delivery was done at Ankleshwar, delivery team came from Baroda. At the end, my transfer from Bangalore to Ankleshwar was very peaceful as usual always happens with Redrocket Packers and Movers. My special regards to Bangalore and Baroda team for their superlative approach and performance. My multiple times of experience with Redrocket is always fruitful. I have recommended to my many friends and they are always have very good experience.

I had relocated from Bangalore to Mumbai on 2nd sept 2019.. I was very worried about relocation as my previous experiences were not good. Enquired with many movers and packers who were cheaper than Red Rocket... but by seeing the prompt response from the Red Rocket team and specially to name- Mr. RAJ and Mr. RATHOD, we decided to go with Red Rocket. After meeting both these guys, we had some confidence and hence decided to go with them...though we paid some extra compared to others but when you get prompt, on time and good service then those extra bucks doesn't matter much, Right? So now, a big THANKS to Red Rocket for their excellent service... with no doubt, Red Rocket is our first preference in all our future relocations....just one request, maintain the same service and don't change. You will get a long list of customers.

I had very bad experience in dealing with this guys. They show very professionalism when visit house for quotation. But when it comes to delivery they will not take your calls. They will change the number, block you. They will use your vehicle for few days and then give delivery. Items were damaged when i got delivery. Please do not go for red rocket. I suffered a lot, you don't

After contacting around 3 different popular movers, decided to try Red Rocket movers. Our move was a very short distance, however the moving to location had some difficulties in accessing the apartment. The team who was assigned to us were a group of 5 plus a driver. They were very polite and completed everything almost on time. All fragile items arrived in perfect condition and most importantly my leather sofa, was handled perfectly. Thanks a lot for your service. Will surely hire you again if the need arises.

Recently I used the services of Redrocket Packers & Movers. I was moving from Bangalore to Navi Mumbai. The Redrocket team called me and scheduled a survey. Mr Rathore came for inspection of my goods.I told him that I did not mind paying a premium, but I want personal attention from his side and extra caution for my car, Since one of my older cars had got damaged in a previous move. I also cautioned him that I do not want my car driven down under any circumstances. If the car is driven, I would come to know as there is GPS and Fast Tag and other technologies in my car. The Redrocket team told me they would need more days to ensure the same. They took 2 days to packing and load, Three days to transport the home items and a day to unload unpack. But I was more worried for the car. I Got the car in 10 days, a bit late compared to my expectations but safe. To summarise, the team did an excellent job in shifting my household goods and car . I also appreciate the personal attention and assistance provided by Mr Rathore in this regard.

Received my goods without any damages. Keep up the good work guys.

Pathetic company. Filled with frauds like Mahipal Singh, Kishan Rathod and Ajith Sharma. Important things to note 1. They will push you to take an insurance, but they don't have an insurance tie up. So if you declare your goods to be worth 1 lakh, they will make this 3000 rupees profit for doing nothing. 2. They will rob a few items, mispace a few items and then damage a few items. Check reviews on Assureshift.in (Justdial reviews are all manipulated). They had some fake Google reviews as well, I tried to report that as well and I believe it has been taken down now. 3. They will take a very long time to deliver. I shipped my products with a max 6 day deadline. On the 6th night, it was still at source and then they took 4 days after that to reach destination and another day to deliver. 4. At the destination, the person delivering is a 3rd party, so he will take all the money that's pending and you will be left with no choice but to deal with these irresponsible clowns and I am writing this review after 2 months of following up and not getting few of my items and my Activa front panel damanged along with certain other products with small damages. Total loss booked: 10-12k lost peace of mind over the last 2 months - Can't even quantify this. NEVER EVER EVER GO WITH THESE CLOWNS.

Red Rocket has driven my car 5000 kms instead of transportation via truck. They had promised to transport via truck. Point to be noted is that distance from Bangalore to Gurgaon is only 2800 kms. My recommendation is to avoid hiring them. My car hand break is broken and my air conditioning is not working. My heart bleeds seeing my car in such state.

Dear All , I would request all the customer who is planning to take or have taken service from RED ROCKET, Ask for insurance receipt from RED ROCKET and verify from respective insurance company and i am sure it will not be correct and it will be fake . I have taken service from RED ROCKET few days back and goods was damaged , The insurance receipt which i got it from them it was fake when i called bharti axa they said this policy neither belongs to nor to RED ROCKET (They will give edited receipt with your name and value of goods , When you will insurance company your details will not match ). The owner of this company FUCKER MAHIPAL SINGH -8003031444 , mahipsingh51@gmail.com also will not respond . i have opted this service from urban clap now they are not responding to urban clap also . I would request you not to take service from RED ROCKET and if you have taken verify with insurance .

They cheated me on insurance, amount paid 3000 for end to end damage. they did only accidental insurance worth 119 rs. damaged my LCD screen, Sofa, bed, Cupboards, Battery for inverter missing, utensils missing, none of the contact numbers working now. please don't waste your hard earned money with them. cheap service.

I am very much happy with this packers & movers, they did exactly what they said, all my items came carefully. Packing, delivery, loading and unloading was perfectly done. It's my first shifting preferring packers and movers.

Shifted my 2BHK household items, friendly and professional team but little high price.

Handled everything from packing, loading, transportation, unloading, and unpacking perfectly. Good option for moving within Bangalore with total safety and peace of mind.

We shifted within Bangalore from HSR Layout to Madiwala with all our home appliances and furniture. They done it in very professional way and moved every item without damage.
