Recently took services from redrocket packers and movers. I liked the way they handled my goods and transported very safely. I would recommend redrocket packers for your movements.

Highly satisfied with the work and my overall experience was very good. Very dedicated staff and team. Most of the packers are difficult to communicate and bit rude sometimes. But these guys are very polite and humble. They completed our shifting even though the building society rules delayed us for few hours. They kept there patience and finished their job even it was 1 am in the night. Thank you Redrocket team.

I had my stuff moved from Bangalore to Pune. I had to take no hassle in the movement at all, based on the timing, I was told about a slot which I was comfortable with, the team also called an hour before they had to come and was patient enough to wait at the gate until all the formalities could be completed. They packed all the stuff from the wardrobes and also ensured all the small little items were tAken care of too, which we usually forget. The luggage also reached the destination as per the said time and there was no damage whatsoever. I am very satisfied with their service.

We are really happy with the way Red rocket packers carried out the shifting of our Villa yesterday in Bangalore. I got a quote as soon as I contacted these guys. The best part? It didn't change as the 'journey progressed', as it normally tends to do with other guys. That was the first pleasant surprise. The other was the way each team member took a personal interest in the way each item was packed, placed on the vehicle and unloaded at destination. Finally, the team was friendly and charged all the way - I didn't catch a single furrowed brow. In short, how shifting should be. Definitely recommended.

I have used Redrocket packers and movers services from Bangalore to Mumbai and experience was exceptional with friendly staff and proper packing. Right from making the booking till the relocation is completed, the experience was amazing. Even though the delivery was delayed by 3 hours as mentioned but the overall experience was good.

On time arrival proper packing No rush while loading or unloading. They have their own team and truck. I moved within city and it was a good experience with the team which understand the need of the client. They packed all the glass item in bubble and paper. A recommended service

We hired Red Rocket for packing, moving and storage of our stuff. First of all they didn't send experienced packers for packing our stuff. They were so slow in packing they took 8 hrs in packing when there was no furniture or large stuff to be packed. Secondly they were short of plastic film and adhesive film. Then they said we will cover all the stuff with plastic film properly after taking to warehouse which they haven't done in over a month now. Some of the stuff was to be transported from Mumbai to Delhi. They sent it via Gati as they don't have their own trucks. And that took more than 15 days to come. We had to constantly follow up with Gati ourselves. They didn't have any direct contact with Gati and were only relying on website updates of Gati. Even after daily following up they have not provided any proof that they have stored our luggage safely. They are the worst service provider ever.

I also have some of my personal things and told them to keep and move it safely.Their customer service is great they took care of their customers even I made last minute changes they agreed. They shifted all my belongings on time and safely to my destination. The staff behaviour was good and act as a professionals.

In the month of September 2019, I have availed services of Redrocket Packers and Movers for moving my home items from Bangalore to Navi Mumbai. I had taken quotes from 3-4 companies. Redrocket Packers quote was on higher side by 20%, and I had got good reference from my friends who had used their services recently. I spoke to them and told them to revised the quote. even after revision they were 10% higher than another quote from a reputed company. I decided to take the chance with Redrocket Packers based on my friend recommendation. I also told them I am paying 10% extra so I want the best service. They came on time at 9am, finished the packing loading by 5pm, loaded the stuff in a closed tempo. They used these plastic boxes for the crockery and some kind of red colored blanket for furniture packing which I had not seen before . They did not do Wooden crating for TV and dining table glass top. I was tense and I was assured by them that all the things will come ok. I was told it will take 5-7 days time since it was not a full truck load. The consignment reached in 5 days. The items were delivered and unpacked. There was a center table glass broken. They told me to deduct the replacement cost for the glass from my balance payment. Overall a decent experience. no surprises.

They are doing very good and nice service. They are doing an excellent job.They don’t give a chance for complain.While I shift my house they done great job.Not a thing broken or scratch on any thing I have so many glass product but not a product broken. If you want to move your house please go ahead and call them they are the best.

The charges are very reasonable, not at all looters type, and gave excellent service. They are also very cooperative.

I have always used Redrocket Packers and Movers in the past. This time I was scheduled to move from Bangalore to Ankleshwar. I was paying personally, So I requested Redrocket Team to give me best possible quote. They still gave me a quote which was quite on the higher side but I was very particular that I needed a container vehicle since it was raining. I told them I am a repeat customer, and consider some discount. They gave me a discount of 10%, The cost was still high for me, but since I have a good relation with the manager Mr Shah and considering my past experience, I decided to go ahead with them, reminding them that I was giving them the premium provided I my expectations are fulfilled. Everthing went on time. Packing started at 9am, loading got done by 9pm, items were loaded on a 20 feet container, Next day, delivery was done at Ankleshwar, delivery team came from Baroda. At the end, my transfer from Bangalore to Ankleshwar was very peaceful as usual always happens with Redrocket Packers and Movers. My special regards to Bangalore and Baroda team for their superlative approach and performance. My multiple times of experience with Redrocket is always fruitful. I have recommended to my many friends and they are always have very good experience.

I had relocated from Bangalore to Mumbai on 2nd sept 2019.. I was very worried about relocation as my previous experiences were not good. Enquired with many movers and packers who were cheaper than Red Rocket... but by seeing the prompt response from the Red Rocket team and specially to name- Mr. RAJ and Mr. RATHOD, we decided to go with Red Rocket. After meeting both these guys, we had some confidence and hence decided to go with them...though we paid some extra compared to others but when you get prompt, on time and good service then those extra bucks doesn't matter much, Right? So now, a big THANKS to Red Rocket for their excellent service... with no doubt, Red Rocket is our first preference in all our future relocations....just one request, maintain the same service and don't change. You will get a long list of customers.

I had very bad experience in dealing with this guys. They show very professionalism when visit house for quotation. But when it comes to delivery they will not take your calls. They will change the number, block you. They will use your vehicle for few days and then give delivery. Items were damaged when i got delivery. Please do not go for red rocket. I suffered a lot, you don't
