Overall good experience. There were some hiccups/cons along the way : - The quoted cost and the actual cost differed alot, and being a newly employed person it went way over my budget and had to take some 5k from my friend in order to fulfil it. - I was told that tracking code would be given but it wasn't. - There was no update as to where my luggage is at any given point of time. - The luggage was delivered a day after the original promised date - I felt that the POC(Abhishek) showed a little attitude. Having said that, there were a number of good things/pros as well : - Packing was done on the promised date and the packaging was quite good. - Both the brothers (Abhishek and his brother) worked really hard for the whole day and didn't ask for any extra Chai/paani money. - Although items were received a day late, but the condition was quite good. I'm impressed with the packaging of small and delicate items.
