I shifted my household goods booked for 3 different location Kolkata, Jharkhand, and Delhi on 16th Oct2022. Kolkata goods reached in perfect way on 19th Oct 2022. Jharkand goods reached in prices be it centre table, TV, all in Computer and utensils. Thankfully fridge and washing machine reached undamaged or with scratches only. Delhi goods are yet to reach till today 1st Nov 2022. I will not recommend Bombay Packers. I am thinking of taking the matter with consumer forum. Is any action will initiated by assureshift?

Please do not recommend anyone this movers and packers. I went through your website and picked up Bombay packers. Third rate experience I faced. Totally unprofessional road side pick up guys come shabbily dressed. 30% of my fragile items came in broken condition, my costliest chandlier. The last time I spoke to the owner only for the payment post that this person was never bothered to give customer service. I will never recommend anyone. Anyone want to experience the same please go ahead.

Got the reference from Assureshift and was given 3 shifters. Had a bad experience in the past with a reputed packer so was very apprehensive. Sachin of Bombay Packers sent photos of the quality of work being done by them. As I stay at Baroda, I sent him the list of furniture to be shifted from Mumbai to Vadodara and he gave a quotation. Finalized with them and they arrived on the promised time and finished the loading on time. The truck arrived the next day and furniture was unloaded. Extremely satisfied with them.
