While I had a major complaint Sachin from Bombay packers called me personally n listened to all issues. He apologized personally n also gave his assurance that we shall not face any further problems as he has taken action against the errant workers. Bombay Packers also gave a small compensation against the damages caused. The overall matter is resolved. My Complaint Earlier but now resolved : - Extreme bad n unprofessional workers..they don't wrap any furniture..they damaged my old house floor n furniture..they damaged my new house floor and ceiling..they didn't remove liquids from fridge n hence fridge was also.damaged...they shouted at my senior citizen mother when she called their supervisor Akshay to inform them they are not shifting properly...they made me lift majority of the goods and also damaged my new building common area. I am a back patient with an operation done just a year back....they also stated they knew goons ..gundas in my new area...obviously my.mother who is 70 years old will be very scared....pathetic response...they demanded bakshish and threatened they will not go till we give thm.money...this is above shifting exp. So shifting exp.4k...gunda extortion 200rs as we had no money with us we were saved I guess...fridge repair 5k...payment to builder / new landlord for damages to new house 10k...very expensive n worst experience of our lives...never call Bombay packers especially if you are women....it is.unsafe
