packers and Movers about city - Noida

Just 14 km from the bustling Capital City of India is a Modern Industrial planning Marvel. Short for New Okhla Industrial Development Authority, Noida is one of the best-planned cities in India. It was created under the UP Industrial Area Development Act in 1976 as a satellite city to Delhi.

It is now North India’s Tech hub and is filled to the brim with software companies and BPOs. The city also boasts more than 50% green cover, officially making it the greenest city in India. This provides much-needed respite to the city that is not blessed with a great climate.

Just like Delhi, Noida is subject to some harsh Climatic conditions. The summers are very hot and dry, and the winters are extremely chilly and foggy, with temperatures dropping below 5 degrees celsius. Some rainfall during the monsoons gives residents some respite from the harsh weather.

Noida is exceptionally well connected with surrounding cities through gigantic expressways. There is the 8-lane DND Flyway that connects Noida to Delhi, and the Noida - Greater Noida Expressway connects it to Greater Noida. It is also connected to Agra through the Yamuna Expressway via Mathura.

While Noida does not have its own Airport or Railway station, it has an excellent metro connection. The Blue line connects Dwarka Sector 21 Metro station in South West Delhi to the Noida City Centre. It runs through Connaught Place, Barakhambha Road, and IP Estate.

One can take a metro to the Nizamuddin Railway station or go by Road since it is just 10 km away from Noida. As for the Airport, a new airport is being built at Jewar, 50 km from Noida. People going to Noida and leaving from there can only use the Indira Gandhi International Airport in Delhi.
