I shifted with Assureshift referred packer. The movers successfully transported my household items to my destination, but unfortunately, the teapoy plywood was damaged. Upon informing the movers, they assured me they would replace it and requested some time for the resolution. However, after a week, they stopped responding to my calls. Frustrated, I directly contacted the AssureShift team and explained the situation. The team promptly intervened, communicating with the movers on my behalf. Despite the movers once again delaying the resolution, the AssureShift team persisted in their efforts. Eventually, the movers agreed to compensate me for the damage. I appreciate AssureShift's assistance in resolving the matter, even though it took some time.
