Thank you, Assure Shift for helping me out. Recently, I shifted my household goods from Mumbai to Ludhiana, with your referral packers and movers. The Packers promised me to deliver the consignment within ten days but failed. I called the Packers for an update and he was asking for extra money, and making new stories day by day, his vehicle got stuck somewhere, the driver is not reachable, bla.. bla.. On the 20th day, I called Assure Shift and reported the issue, then they asked me to wait for 15 mins to give an update. After some time, I got a callback from Assure Shift and they updated me that my consignment is safe and will be delivered in 2 - 3 days and so happened. The packers called me and apologize for the mistake. A big thanks to Assure Shift.
