Had our house shifted recently from them. Following are the reasons for dissatisfaction. 1. Staff were very rough in handling things & as a result damaged sofa, cupboard & broke big mirror. 2. Asked for extra payment apart from charges agreed on pretext of getting, etc. . Though they promised thr would be no hidden chsrhes. No clear terms. 3. Took our aquaguard stand with them which even on asking was not given back to us. Made several calls & each time they gave different answers. Very rude behaviour & in the end did not return our item. We had lot of trouble as the model was 2 yrs old & the stand was not available anywhere...worst Service faced ever.

I booked this packers for Chennai local shifting. On the day of shifting they when no one arrived for packing, I called up and they informed that they can't do the shifting as no one was available. Previous day when I called them they confirmed on time arrival of people. Absolute un-professional way of handling customers. They don't have any clue on what they are talking about. Please avoid this packers or else you may end up with last minute surprises.
