Hello all Just like everyone I have also surfed many websites for shifting the household for 2BHK from Chennai to Bangalore. I have selected for Trans Cargo Movers(TCM). Initial discussions were very smooth. Mr Santhosh has come to house for observing all the household things. He has given the estimates which was good. He said he will be the Single Point Of Contact he gave much confidence to us. During the shipment day, the delay was 2 hours which was irritating. Even after the survey of house hold things they have sent a very small vehicle which made us not satisfactory till the end, as a result our sofa, cort, chair and many other things got scratches. Apart from this Santhosh was offline for his personal issues on the day of delivery and Mr Sandeep came into picture. Initially he was coordinating well, but they did not stick to the quotation given earlier. Also they said that the materials will be delivered the next day morning, but it took the next day night to get delivered. In the meanwhile they said it is very near and will reach in an hour from morning to evening. Their internal communication was very worst. The highlight is that “what will you do if the vehicle taking your things met with an accident, and even if you go to police station it will be delivered only after 3 days” –said by Mr Sandeep. This made customer like me to a hight of satisfaction. Also they have stopped the vehicle 3 hours before reaching my house and they said the vehicle is half an hour before reaching the house and they said that only if I transfer all the amount the things will get delivered, after I transferred all the amount it took 3 hours to get delivered. Finally Two thousand more than the expected and a fear whether the materials will come or not was very worst. So the entire transactions were hectic and spell bound. My advice to all is Kindly review and discuss every aspects with the contractors before you commit them.

After loading on 17/08/19 from my house they kept the material in their storeroom for 3 days and bargained for higher amount. Material came to visakhapatnam from Chennai on 22/08/2019 on shared transportation only though my deal was for separate vehicle. Almost all the material got damaged. After unloading 1/10th of material they asked for more money and took away the balance material without unloading. Very bad experience and going for police complaint.

They are cheaters with the estimate cost plz dont book with them they delayed delivery of goods and cheated us with cost worst and horrible experience

Iam Pawan from chatisgarh, TCM was moved my things from chennai to chattisgarh , from the beginning itself they were did professional packing and they are really great , what they had promised beyond that they did the same .....thanks to TCM team and especially Mr Sandeep is very great full , thanks sandeep
