I have used their service to shift my house hold items from Gurgaon to Pune. I have faced below issues with them : 1. There was a huge difference between Amount they have quoted initially and the final billed amount. 2. They delivered my items after a long delay. 3. Packaging was pathetic. 4. They had used my blankets and car mattress to pack my items, even they had cut two of my mattress. 5 blankets are damaged because of packaging. 5. LG 55" TV display was broken completely. 6. RO was broken. 7. 10-12 Show pieces are broken. 8. Mandir items are broken. 9. One packet having all the costly items was not delivered, it seems it was intentionally missing. 10. Activa was having so many dents. 11. Refrigerator was damaged, it is having almost 6-7 heavy dents. 12. My 8 seater sofa is damaged. 13. All the crockery items worth Rs. 35000 is broken.

It was good service, they're punctual and quick. The rest of the things were ok, I'm very happy with you guys.
