It is set of very professional people, who came on time, did excellent packing. Not one item was broken or lost and they had the patience to wait when the service lift gave up or when it started raining. As agreed, they even left the boxes unopened and picked the boxes back when i wanted for a very nominal rate. Very very happy with their service. They were pretty affordable too.

really bad n worst service movers these guys. last weekend I moved. as per intial discussion supreme packers n movers guy came and took 500rs advance. and promised me to get 14feet truck. bt after day came for actual shifting no one came till i called multiable times. finally small truck they send after multiple calls 8feet truck, where my houshold things are fit into it.. they have dumped just like dat n made it partial damage. Guys no one shd prefer really waste of time n money.. at time advance they may say we will takecare end to end. only end remains.

I have used Supreme's service for moving household stuff from Bangalore to Pune on December 31, 2018. All the goods were delivered in very good condition in Pune on January 2, 2019. Such a prompt service of delivering goods in just 2 days has really impressed me. Further the rate was very competitive. People who delivered in Pune we're also very professional as they assembled the furniture and unpacked bikes, Refrigerator, washing machine etc. Overall I had supreme experience from Supreme Packers and movers. This company is the height of poor service, bad behavior, not meeting commitments and expecting customers to patiently bear everything. Sent two items for my old parents on 9th Dec which finally got delivered on 26th dec after doing 100s of followups. I was told delivery within a week initially which was later denied saying that they used an inferior service as i negotiated for better rates. I was also told that i 'forced' them to take my order. This is the biggest joke/lie i heard in my life. Rates were negotiated mutually and i wasn't told that they will use a cheap non credible service without any tracking. They kept on giving dates and kept failing miserably. They had no clear tracking and was at the mercy of arrogant transporter for updates (most of the guys behaved like they are god's gift to mankind). Finally after a nightmarish 2 weeks experience, the delivery person came yesterday and asked us to bring a tempo to pick our items from a far off place citing various excuses like he will miss his dinner /police might stop him etc etc!! Overall this was the worst experience of my life. Period. Choose at your own risk of getting a heart attack.

Overall cheap service. There were four people but only yep of them are good.. rest two are only asking for money but never did the job properly... the amount charged also high compared to others... not satisfied... will look for something else next time

Excellent movers! Very professional. Highly recommend them. 5 stars for being very punctual and professional. Our unloading took 9 hours and was a strenuous one but none of the men complained. Instead were very professional and fast till the end! Unloaded all our stuff without any damage to the stuff or property. One of the best moving companies we have used.

This is to report about my experience with supreme movers and packers. After reading reviews on Google I have decided to go ahead with them for relocation from Bangalore to Kolkata and the experience is nightmare!! First of all the quote given by Mr Ravi, was totally misleading, he quoted saying only insurance extra, but later on charged me extra for GST and LOR ( I have no idea what it was, and I had to pay because my items were already packed). I have gone ahead because of the packing guys who took really gud care while packing. Secondly, as per Mr Ravi's instructions the packing guys got small van which could not accommodate all my materials, so they have to go back 13 kms in Bangalore traffic during rush hour for which I had to wait. And then, it's been 15days since our material in transit and not even a single call from your organization informing whereabouts of my items. I have taken 5 days off from my work because whenever I use to call their toll free number they use to misguide me saying "you will receive tomorrow". This is totally unprofessional service on their part, how they handled my case and you just lost a frequent customer and reference in my business circle.
