Superior Movers and Packers

I hired them for shifting my 2BHK from Bangalore to Chennai. The overall experience is satisfiable and I would definitely recommend Superior packers and movers. Particularly Mohamad who was interacting with me for this shift was very polite, responsible, adjustable and professional. The packing quality and service was decent. They also came on time. Some suggestions from my experience are are: 1. Ask for or get some small boxes to organise your small items while packing. Otherwise when they pack, they just dump everything together into big boxes, things could get mixed together and it will be hectic to segregate them back as you would have to return those boxes when unloaded. 2. Ask for a itenary before loading so that you will know how many boxes and whatever items are there. This will also serve as a checklist while unloading. They did not do this for my shifting though all the items where number, but it's important. Otherwise I think you can rely on them.

Hi, I shifted my house from Bangalore to Tamilnadu recently, that is May-2021. I was not there actually but they shifted all my belongings to Tamilnadu by doing a video call. Packing was good and they are very professional. These guys are on time. I definitely recommend Superior Packers and Movers. Trust them, they are very good.

My owner was also satisfied with their areangements and safety measures.. They reached my location exactly and no damages or single scratches

The workers were really professional and they packed my 1BHK in under two hours. I had a last-minute request to process the packing a bit faster and they did it with brilliance. I will surely revisit them for future requirements and would suggest whoever reading this to do the same.

I have used Supreem movers and Packers services thrice in last couple of years to move house hold goods from Chennai to Bangalore and from Bangalore to Hyderabad. It was a great experience everytime. People came were professional and packed the goods with atmost care.

Unprofessional behavior and conversation by Mohammad Basha (Executive who would be contacting from Bangalore office). I have done booking on 28th Nov 2020 from Bangalore to Chennai. Four people came and started packing all house hold items and furnitures. They dismantled box type cot as well . The commitment made was for packing , loading, unloading, unpacking and rearranging(cot) and made the payment over GPay. They supposed to unload items in Chennai next day morning. After multiple conversation with Basha and the driver finally they reached Chennai home at afternoon with few unskilled labours who doesn't know how to install cot. Sofa , Chair, Dining tables received with multiple scratches Excuses they made were 'during transit minor things like this would happen and customer should be fine with those things'. Also they couldn't do installing cot coz he mentioned 'its month end so employees are busy' . Then why they would need to commit of something they can't fulfil. So please never ever go with this agency as you may experience the same situation

I don't recommend Superior Movers & Packers, Bommanahalli if you are looking for ease and seamless shifting. I am sharing my feedback so that other customers won't go through the same stress and bad experience. 29th October was my package shipping booking date and recommended by Assure shift. I am in the process of logging complaint. 1) Unprofessional behavior and conversation by Mohammad during late night and at my premises. 2) Lack of communication. Once you pay the amount you are on your own with no clarity. Multiple random people will call you. 3) Services they offer is dismantling furniture and assembling. They don't have skilled resources and tools to provide service. 4) 90% advance payment they demand and you are just stuck if you don't keep balance. 5) They simply can't accommodate and equipped to handle large and multiple bookings. Lack of experience in size and scale.

Did my 2BHK shifting through Superior Movers & Packers and had flawless experience. Got the best price with premier service including Film & Foam packing for Furniture & White Goods along with Bubble Wraps for Fragile Items. Staff was punctual & experienced. Recommended!! Thanks Mohammad.

We have booked them for house shifting as referred by assure shift. They have given quotation and took advance as well. However there is no show and kept on telling that they were on the way. After 3 hours some manager called and informed they are stuck at some other site. If they are stuck at some point they could have informed in the first hour not sure why they cheated first. On top didn't even refund the advance money. Please stay away from them.

Excellent service provided by professionals who knows their job in and out. I used to live in a building where there were no lifts. Still they managed to transfer all my luggage and equipments in a short span of time. Highly recommended..
