The shifting personnel is very polite and helpful. They have handled the household belongings very carefully and shifted it to the destination as per the requirements.

On-time arrival, proper packing. No rush while loading or unloading. They have their own team and truck. I moved within the city and it was a good experience with the team which understands the need of the client. They packed all the glass items in bubble and paper. A recommended service. After so much of the research I came across Sahara I'm really happy with the service they have provided in terms of Packing quality, punctuality, and delivery. I have one word for these assholes .They are motherfu**ers. First thing all the positive reviews you guys are seeing it's all from their friends and their own . So, don't go on positive reviews these all are fake Only negative reviews you are seeing that's real. I had to transfer my bike from gurgaon to Patna on 30th July I had given them my bike and 4500 rs. They said that I'll get my bike within 4-5 working days . And I waited till 7th aug. But I didn't get any tracking ID and neither any updates. From there these assholes started showing their true colors. There are two or three persons Navin is the main others are Rajesh and Naresh these guys are like goon and Thieves . They had my bike for almost a month but they didn't delivered my bike and they wasn't even returning my bike untill I lodged a FIR . After 1 month I got my bike in Gurgaon only and when I asked for my refund they started playing games again . Even till today's date I didn't got my amount . And now I gave up after all the efforts . I get a quote from Mr. Naveen (leader of cheater gang) of Sahara Express from Gurgaon to KhatushyamJi, Rajatsthan and I was agreed with the quote. Whole staff of Sahara Express is literally illiterate, unprofessional and cheaters. Below given is my detailed worst experience- 1. I booked Sahara Express for my household shifting for Aug 23, 2020. 2. Survey of my household material was done by one of the cheater 'Naresh' and at that time he has confirmed that AC installation is combined in your quotation already. 3. Pickup van around 2 hours delayed to my Gurgaon house as they don't know how to use google maps and talk to you very unprofessionally. I have to go to their office to bring the pickup to my home. 4. They don't know how to pack and wrap your household, they simply put everything in box and just wrap, they don't care either item is breakable or not. They don't care about damage of your household materials. 5. While loading my household material in truck they denied to load my TV (50" LED) and baby's cycle in the truck. Now I was responsible to carry TV and cycle by my own. 6. Actual game starts once they depart with your household. They send me bill of amount 70% higher than the amount that we discussed in the name of GST, StateTax, Other charges. 7. Naveen assure you in start that there is no hideen charge but when you have your whole household items with them then you have no other option instead of paying the requested amount. 8. Naveen and his gang threatened you that if you won't pay the total bill then your household items won't depart. 9. They depart the pickup/truck only after the payment of total bill. 10. They don't send any labour to unload the household items, they asked you to manage the labour and said that payment of labour will be done by Sahara Express. I somehow managed labour for unloading and paid the unloading charges to them. 11. They never refund you labour charge (unloading) and will never pick your call and will never respond you on all the platforms. 12. So I request you all to never take service from Sahara Packares and Movers and be aware of this cheater gang (Naveen, Naresh and all).

This is to bring to your attention that I got my daughter's things packed from her PG accommodation in kailash colony, New Delhi, and brought to Lucknow in this month. I communicated over the phone with some Mr. Naveen. He assured us that everything would be packed and delivered at our door step within 5 working days. Payment details were not shared clearly. The stuff was packed through a video call that the packers made and were guided by us here in Lucknow. The bill shared was much more than what was discussed with us. At that point, we here in Lucknow, felt helpless and were left with no other option but to do as were told and we made the full payment. The tracking id was communicated to us, which wasn't of much use. We received our things after 11days and during this period, all our efforts to connect with the packers went in vain. Mr Naveen would not take our calls and we were left clueless about the details of our stuff. So many phone calls ,searching the net for your office in Lucknow , communicating with other staff , we came to know that the items had reached Lucknow. We at last, after so long got my daughter's things. They were packed very baldy, with no lamination. The taping too had come out I'm writing this mail to express my disappointment in your service. We recommended your name to others, but I'm sorry to say that we were completely dissatisfied with your services. Hope you rectify your shortcomings and improve in the future, but we will not be able to recommend your services to others in future
