I had booked the services of Sagar Logistics from Mumbai to Puri (Odisha) in March. The packing was done on 31st March and was expected to deliver by 7th of April at the destination. But then the salesperson who had booked the services started playing with me regarding delivery. After frequent follow-ups and escalation the delivery was done almost after 25 days during the last week of april. around 10% of the goods were damaged by mouse and we could see it visibly when unloading was being done. They didn't even arrange the coolie to unload and we had to arraneg it locally. We paid insurance premium as well to cover damages but got to know now that the insurance company had declined it and Sagar Logistics team didn't even have the courtesy to followup on this. I would never recommend you to use the services by Sagar logistics.

Excellent Service. I had a tough schedule for them on Sunday for which they immediately found people which was great to witness. All of their core personnel are very polite and calm in handling goods. Not even a single scratch was done to my old place while moving + packing. Unloading experience was also very good. Their personnel carefully handled and also kept asking where to keep individual boxes.
