I booked red rocket basis the good reviews I read online , but my experience was completely opposite. Not only were they unprofessional in attitude but also didn’t deliver the packing standard they mentioned in their site . To all others who look for reviews to choose movement service , find my honest remarks What they don’t do 1. They didn’t cover the furniture and appliances items with cardboard as promised 2. They didn’t bring sufficient bubble wrap and asked me to give my bedsheets to wrap glass paintings 3. They were inexperienced, first time packers group who didn’t know how to pack cardboard boxes and randomly threw stuff in. Worst service 1. They drank /threw away my liquor that I had kept aside during packing without informing 2. Broke my refrigerator glass shelf and caused a Dent in my applicance Good point : If I pointed something , they did it politely but lacked the knowledge of movement techniques One person had the audacity to ask me to help him pack as if he was the one making the payment This was a regretful experience.

I have the pleasure to put on record that I am fully satisfied with the services provided by your boys while shifting household goods from Mumbai to Udaipur. Though I received it a bit late, the quality of the packing material was goods and it was all safe and in good condition.

Even though I could not travel to Mumbai. I just couriered my keys to Red rocket and they did a very good job in packing and delivering my personal items. The packing guys switch on his mobile video and shows you how he packs everything. Very trustworthy and reliable.

Please don't go with red Rocket service. very waste service i have seen in my life time. First they will quote very less and once packaging is done and load the luggage they will send different bill(double of your quotation) without informing me saying that your luggage is more. At the time of quotation they will say we will call you on video conference when we are packaging the luggage, but once packaging is done they won't do any video calling. And for 3 hours work they will do packaging for almost 12 hours, and at the time of unloading we have to bring our own labours. The staff don't know how to talk, mean to say they are goons. I have lost my almost 8k luggage. So guys please don't go with packages and good reviews are fake reviews.
