Goods collected and not shipped. They have hoarded my luggage and went against agreement of payment at destination. Delivery was supposed to be done in 10 days and 20 days have pas read more...sed, it is not even shipped. AssureShift is party to this fraud and calls the customer to extort money. Promises legal help on non-delivery of services, but refuses to provide any when needed.
