Sunil Kajla, took all the payment INR 80K from Bangalore to Bihar and stop Taking our calls. No idea where the truck is. Giving us no updates. Not picking our number(4-5 numbers). Very bad experience.

I would like them to improve on below items for 5 star ratings. 1. They should provide more people for packing and loading. 2. sensitive items should be take care with more care. Hi Team, we got very bad service from "Metro packers and movers" on last saturday shifting.. 1. There was no proper packing ( No bubble wrapping to tables/sofa/fridge/TV/washing machiene) 2. Broke the Fridge leg and dent in the fridge 3. Spoiled Kids toys ( Inflatable Bouncer Dolphin Shape Sand/Water Filled Base Hit Me Toy/Punching Bag for Kids) 4. We carried TV in Car itself and other stuffs 5. spoiled other house hold items 6. only 3 guys came for shifting when came for inspection they told 5- 6 ppl 7. There was no vehicle, booked porter waited for long for that 8. not professional in packing
