They promise a lot, but fail to deliver. Most of my furniture got scratches, and a drawer partition section even got lost, which I was never compensated for, though I had even paid for insurance cover for shifting. To add to it, despite repeated calls, no one ever turned up to return the security deposit for the boxes that they took.
