It took 24 hours to shift a semifurnished 3bhk... the truck sent was already half full with another customer's stuff to be deliver to mumbai. 1. The guys came at 3:30pm however promised time was 9 am 2. Too slow... asked for tea to start work and finally started moving thier hands at 5pm 3. At 7pm the 2 guys went out to drink alocohol and said they cant work without energy 4. Fully drunk person started foul language at 10pm and refused to lift the stuff. 5. The stuff was not even loaded to truck at 4 am in morning 6. The final shifting took 9 am to complete with 1 guy fully drunk and out and others asking for tip. I am feeling so sorry for my family and small children 5 month old and 6 year old, that they had to suffer with this pain of 24 hour shifting. This was my 5th time shifting and the WORST anyone could imagine in nightmare of his dream. WORST SERVICE.. WORST EXPERIENCE... NEGATIVE RATING

The movers came with masks and gloves and maintained social distance the entire time. I like their precautions during this pandemic.
