I am writing this review because i took their service for my shifting from Pune (on 9/2/23) to Lucknow and was very satisfied with their work. But i was a little surprised when i came on this website while surfing randomly, i saw something very different as the reviews were very different than my experience. So i got curious and asked their staff while getting my final delivery being done. I said mockingly, "bhaiya mera saman sahi salamat to mil jaega na" and the guy replied very politely that "maam aap chinta mat kijiye apne made easy cargo movers and packers se kaam karaya h". Then i told him that i was just joking and asked him then why are some of your reviews so negative. He replied with a smile and said that maam people dont post something when we give them the best service but sometimes due to some circumstances when 1 or 2 items get damaged(which is common during interstate transit) they eloborate it in such a way that we have damaged all of their goods. Listening to this i wondered that yes this would be the reason but it is same for all the leading transportation companies even Agarwal Packers have same things. I thanked that workers for my delivery and offered some tea and while leaving he told that maam if you liked our service please post something about us which would be your genuine. and here i am sharing my experience.

The company used a luggage trolley for transporting my luggage. The staff completed the given tasks within the deadlines.
