I was told they wil charge per kg. No hidden charges and no volume basis charging. A guy picked up my things with simple packaging saying they wil cover again. Then after that they have reshuffled items and have packed. Going through stuff is highly unacceptable..!! Then they added additional charges and kept my bean bag in their office . When I cald them to enquire about that when things didn’t reach Karnataka they are saying it wil be charged according to volume not per kg and wil not be returned and I have to go collect in their office in Delhi if I need..!! Please don’t send your things via these people if u want. The boxes I recieved are torn, they haven covered it loosely with some plastic and my things are coming out from all corners..!! Worst experience ever

Timely door pick up and door delivery. There was a road construction happening in front of my house and they still carried my packages and delivered till my door. Excellent commitment

I did complete relocation deal with Maa Saraswati Packers & Movers from Greater Noida to Ambala, Punjab. They have given shifting charge that really great for me because my financial budget was meet this. My home articles were packed by best packing materials and mention label in each box. They have been provided utmost care to all the goods on the packing. I was really pleased with such kind of services. The household goods reached properly at my door step before committed time. It was hassle free shifting.

I moved from Gurgaon to Mumbai some time back. So convenient, so cooperative, and great service. Not a single glass broke in transit. The boys unpacking were also very helpful and did a good job! Thanks again... You are now permanently my 'go-to' mover and packers! Cheers

It was great shifting by Maa saraswati Packers, the whole consignments were packed carefully with best quality materials. They are very punctual, professional, reliable and cost-effective shifting charges. All the good delivered without any damages. The support tear was really great, they have given me proper response. The shifting team are really good.

These people said that ur luggage will reach in 5-7 days..but it got delayed..when I called them they stop picking my call..not at all trust worthy..packing is not at all good.. don't try to give them brittle items..they will break..like mine..very costly.i asked them to pack very small bags in big cartoon but didn't do that to charge high per bag and after I left they packed four bags in one cartoon. After u pay them they won't pick your phone also.. highly not recommended

Contact was provided by assureshift. One Kishan got in touch for shifting requirement. Then Rohtash joined. Rs54000/- was paid for shifting 1BHK goods from Delhi-Itanagar. 15Dec was given as delivery date. Goods were delivered on 08/01/2021 with one mattress (Kurlon) missing. Gas stove and regulator missing. Queen Sized Bed broken in pieces. 3 seater sofa cut open. Single seater sofa had mice and its babies. WORST SERVICE EVER> NOT RECOMMENDED>

I had booked them through Assure shift to pack my fragile crockery items in Gurgaon and transport them locally to another sector within Gurgaon. I had instructed them multiple times to bubble wrap all fragile items as they are prone to breakage. The owner of the firm agreed to it and also said he will take responsibility and get it packed as I was not present personally to monitor them. On the day of packing they did not arrive on time and instead of packing in front of my maid whom I had told to oversee, they took all items in boxes in their vehicle and said they will pack before dispatch and also video call me. But they did not do either and I received 50% of my crockery in broken condition. When I opened the boxes I was disappointed to see that none of the items had been bubble wrapped. In fact most of them were dumped just like that in box. They refused to refund any money for the breakage. Overall I repent trusting them and suffered loss. Be careful about their timing and ensure you monitor the packers in case you plan to book them.
